An article entitled "A sex pheromone desaturase functioning in a primitive Ostrinia moth is cryptically conserved in congeners’ genomes" by Fujii, T., K. Ito, M. Tatematsu, T. Shimada, S. Katsuma and Y. Ishikawa was published in PNAS 2011 108: 7102-7106.  A commentary to this article by Dr. Alejandro P.
